Abstract:
The authors of this paper of using agricultural land owned by the state under the new Law on Agricultural land. The Act provides new solutions on how to renting of agricultural land in state ownership. These solutions made Some of the complaints that relate principally to leasing of agricultural land in state ownership. In the end, this paper gives some of experiences of neighboring countries primarily Hungary, Slovenia and Croatian regarding the lease of agricultural land owned by the state.
