Abstract:
In Serbia and Montenegro, environment pollution protection is not well regulated. Pollution is unevent distributed and depends on the region development : degree of danger grows exponentially with the industrial development of the region. Therefore, to form institutional presuppositions for control of the implementation of law, it is necessary to define strateg of environmental protection. The inforcement of law is not satisfactory. As of todey, permanent implementation of applicable law becomes a necessity.
