Recommendations on Sampling and Estimation Methodology for Rwanda Agricultural Surveys

Abstract: This report examines issues related to the sample design for the EICV, followed by considerations for selecting a subsample for special follow-on surveys. Recommended estimation procedures for weighting the data and calculating variances are presented.
