Agri-technology Transforming Farms and Ranches across Nebraska

Shannon Sand

No 413218, Cornhusker Economics from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Department of Agricultural Economics

Abstract: In summary, agri-tech is reducing the demand for traditional farm and ranch labor in Nebraska while creating new opportunities in technical, analytical, and management roles. As Nebraska maintains its leadership in agri-tech, there will be a growing need for a tech-savvy and versatile agricultural workforce.
