Abstract: This report is one of a series being conducted under a special Research and Extension Rural Development Project at North Dakota State University as authorized by Title V of the Rural Development Act of 1972. The study was initiated and partial funding was provided through an Economic Development Administration Grant (Grant Project Number 05-6-01402).
