Abstract: This report is one of a series being conducted under a special Research and Extension Rural Development Project at North Dakota State University as authorized by Title V of the Rural Development Act of 1972. The study was initiated and partial funding was provided through a grant from the North Dakota Business and Industrial Development Department.
