Determinanty produkcji mleka w regionach Unii Europejskiej z przewagą dużych gospodarstw mlecznych po 2004 roku

Abstract: The main objective of the paper was to determine the diversity and factors deciding of variation in milk production in selected EU macro-regions. Differentiation was determined using cluster analysis, which allowed for the creation of five homogeneous groups of regions. Based on the results of factor analysis it identified factors that have a decisive influence on the processes of economic adjustment of large dairy farms. It also showed which of European macro-regions improved and which worsened their competitive position in 2009 compared to the situation in 2004.
