Prawne Aspekty Funkcjonowania Biogazowni Rolniczych

Abstract:
This article analyzes the basic laws underlying the operation of biogas investments. On the basis of the register of the President of the AMA presents the characteristics of existing biogas plants in Poland in term of geographical distribution, their power and quantity in particular years. Based on the Register of Entrepreneurs and CEIDG a detailed analysis of the legal forms in which the owners operate a biogas plants and justified their necessity arising from the responsibility for the liabilities. In addition, examined the basic profile of investors and market share of foregin capital. The owners of 30% of the 50 operating biogas plants in Poland are the foreigners. Among investors, dominated by the food industry (50%) and developers (34%). Due to the nature of the vast majority (65%) of the surveyed companies operates as a limited companies.
