Abstract:
Aim of this study is an analysis of the land expanse, which provide basic data for the rational design of land expanse in the land integration of villages and enable a forecast benefits of the land integration. The land integration is usually preceded by more or less detailed analysis of the land expanse. It is the purpose of this paper to determine a degree of land disaggregation in the village and finding possibilities for improving it. The article also focuses on establishing the rules and parameters for reconstruction of the existing land configuration and estimation the land integration effects. The valuation of geometrical parameters of a land expanse is made on the basis of a chosen group of farms. Considering their parameters of a land expanse chooses the farms for a detailed analysis. These parameters should be similar to average ones that characterise the whole village. The chosen group should number from 5 to 10% of a total number of farms. The described method of the land expanse analysis for needs to their integration was presented in the Lapsze Wyzne village situated in Nowotarski district, Malopolska province as an example. Execution of land integration in the village with a large land disaggregation contributes to a considerable improvement of a land expanse (increase of an area of agricultural plots and decrease of a distance between agricultural plots and homesteads).
