Efekty Ekonomiczne Działalności Agroturystycznej Na Przykładzie Parków Narodowych

Abstract: The aim of the study was to determine the income generated from accommodation and food service activities in agrotouristic farms operating within municipalities located in areas belonging to Bialowieża National Park and Biebrza National Park. The surveys were conducted in 2010 and 2011 in 50 agrotouristic farms. The obtained results indicate that the direct surplus generated from the accommodation services in farm amounted to on average around 7000 PLN. The annual direct surplus generated from the accommodation and food service activities in almost ¼ of the farms reached the level between 10,000 and 15,000 PLN, and in 8 farms (16%) was in the range of 25000-37500 PLN. The POR indicator value in 22 farms (44%) was higher than 50 PLN, and in 19 (38%) ranged from 20 to 48 PLN. The PAR indicator value in almost half of the farms was less than 3 PLN, and in seven (14%) did not exceed 1 PLN.
