Abstract: The paper presents the issue of agricultural lease rules. The author analyzed the current legal regulations regarding the lease in the period 1964-2014 and discussed the new lease rules in the draft law of 3 November 2014 on agricultural lease. In the article were used descriptive method, descriptive and comparative method as well as historical and doctrinal law interpretation.
