Zmienność Cen Na Rynku Rzepaku W Polsce

Abstract: The aim of the study was to investigate and evaluate the volatility in rapeseed market in Poland. We analyzed rapeseed and rapeseed oil. The time range covered the years 2004-2014, after Polish integration with the EU. The analysis showed an increase in prices for rapeseed and rapeseed oil after 2004. This was due to an increase in the use of rape in the petrochemical industry and feed. The increase in prices of rape after 2004 increased the acreage, which in turn led to a drop in prices of rape in 2013. The prognosis of oilseed rape and rape oil was elaborated and it shows that the prices will be declined in the future.
