Abstract: The paper, based on data from 80 individual farms showed the problems of women and man running alone farm. The source of data was an interview questionnaire conducted with farmers in 2012. The study used a descriptive and comparative method. It was found that women are increasingly assimilate innovations particularly related to crop and livestock, however and not yet the men are equal. The most important carrier innovations for farmers as well as Internet was WODR training courses.
