Wykorzystanie Funduszy Unii Europejskiej W Ramach Działania 311. „Różnicowanie W Kierunku Działalności Nierolniczej” Na Dolnym Śląsku

Abstract: The aim of the study was to assess support for agriculture and rural areas in the Lower Silesia region under the RDP 2007-2013. The paper analyzes the implementation of payments for actions Diversification into non-agricultural activities in individual counties of Lower Silesia, taking into account the directions purpose of financing used. The use amounts of support varied depending on local conditions and the state of agriculture. More than half of the payments went to the first functional region of intensive agriculture. The biggest beneficiaries turned out to be residents of the county of Wroclaw and Legnica. Average per beneficiary farmers accounted for the largest amount of county Gorowski. The funds raised under the measure 311 were used mainly for services in farms and forestry as well as services to the public, including the purchase of machinery, equipment and tools.
