Wpływ zmian prawa na gospodarowanie ziemią rolną w Polsce

Anna Olkiewicz

Roczniki (Annals), 2017, vol. 2016, issue 5

Abstract: Bodily changes in Poland in recent years led to a reduction in the surface of agricultural land and decline in the number of agricultural holdings. These changes and the provisions of the Basic Law enforces on the legislature the following law customization changes. Changes in legal constraints, even prevent the acquisition of agricultural real estate by people outside of the industry in order to protect family farms and inhibit the sale of land to foreigners.
