Abstract:
The aim of the study was analyzed the indicators characterizing the degree of sustainable development on family farms remaining pigs. In assessing the sustainability of farms takes into account three criteria: environmental, economic and social. The study was conducted in 74 family farms specialized in the production of pigs in a closed cycle. We compared four groups of holdings with pigs in different production scale.
