Abstract: The purpose of the article “Psychosocial and living functioning of people with disabilities determined by multiple sclerosis (MS)” is to popularize living condition (social, psychological and family) of people with multiple sclerosis (MS), who live in the Bialski District. The study showed how many obstacles and constraints a person suffering from MS must overcome every day. It is comforting that there are established in the local community associations and foundations to help particular groups of people in need. Among these there could be distinguished POPTSR established in Biała Podlaska, which actively helps, reaching people living in villages in remote areas in the Bialski District.
