Abstract: The paper concerns current situation and major changes on the world market of apples and concentrated apple juice over the period of 2002-2012. Largest producers, exporters and importers were described, with particular focus on new market players that are of growing importance as regards the market share in trade. / Synopsis. W artykule przedstawiono sytuację i najważniejsze zmiany na światowym rynku jabłek oraz zagęszczonego soku jabłkowego w latach 2002-2012. Zdiagnozowano największych producentów, eksporterów i importerów tych produktów. Szczególna uwaga została poświęcona nowym uczestnikom rynku, mającym coraz większe znaczenie w światowych obrotach jabłkami i koncentratem soku jabłkowego.
