Ocena zaawansowania systemów logistycznych w polskich przedsiębiorstwach produkcji żywności

Abstract: The paper presents a proposal of the synthetic index used to assess the level of advancement in terms of logistics solutions. Index was built on the basis of data obtained from a survey of 511 Polish enterprises of food processing in 2010-2011. Fundamental descriptive characteristics for index value were determined in all groups of employees and sectors of the surveyed enterprises. Also the existence and strength of relationships between the size of the company and belonging to a particular industry, and the level of advancement of used logistic solutions were examined. It was found a systematic and significant increase in the advancement of logistics with increasing the size of companies. Amongst sectors definitely the most advanced in terms of logistics was the dairy industry, at least whereas bakery sector. / Synopsis. W pracy przedstawiono propozycję wskaźnika syntetycznego służącego do oceny poziomu zaawansowania rozwiązań w zakresie logistyki. Wskaźnik zbudowano w oparciu o dane uzyskane w wyniku przeprowadzenia ankiety wśród 511 polskich przedsiębiorstw przetwórstwa rolno-spożywczego w latach 2010-2011. Wyznaczono podstawowe charakterystyki opisowe wskaźnika we wszystkich grupach wielkości zatrudnienia oraz branżach funkcjonowania badanych przedsiębiorstw. Zbadano również istnienie i siłę zależności pomiędzy wielkością przedsiębiorstwa oraz przynależnością do określonej branży, a poziomem zaawansowania stosowanych rozwiązań logistycznych. Stwierdzono systematyczny i znaczący wzrost zaawansowania logistyki w miarę wzrostu wielkości przedsiębiorstw. Wśród branż zdecydowanie najbardziej zaawansowana pod względem logistyki była branża mleczarska, najmniej natomiast branża piekarska.
