Spółdzielnie jako istotne podmioty funkcjonujące na rynku mleka – zagadnienia prawne i ekonomiczne

Abstract: The article presents selected legal and economic aspects of dairy co-operatives and co-operative groups of agricultural producers operating in the milk market. Particular attention has been given to the organizational and fiscal issues as well as to the issue of financing the actions of cooperatives from EU funds. In addition, the article presents the basic concepts concerning cooperatives as milk purchasing entities and milk market. Milk production is a source of regular monthly income for many farmers. Further discussion focuses on the planned reform of the CAP and its impact on the business activity of the cooperative. / Synopsis. Przedstawiono wybrane prawne i ekonomiczne zagadnienia dotyczące spółdzielni mleczarskich oraz spółdzielczych grup producentów rolnych działających na rynku mleka. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na sprawy organizacyjne i podatkowe, finansowania działań spółdzielni ze środków unijnych. Dodatkowo zaprezentowano podstawowe zagadnienia dotyczące spółdzielni jako podmiotu skupującego mleko oraz działającego na rynku mleka. W dalszej kolejności rozważania skupiały się na planowanej reformie WPR i jej wpływie na działalność spółdzielni.
