Przemiany na rynku napojów alkoholowych w Polsce w latach 1990-2007

Abstract: One of the most important industry branches in Poland is the alcohol industry. Beer and vodka are the main part of Polish production and consumption. An analysis of changes in production and consumption of alcoholic products shows their changing trends in the period of 1990-2007. In the last years it shows a distinctly growing trend of production and consumption of beer and a decreasing one of liquor consumption up to 1997 and a small stabilization thereafter. / Synopsis. W Polsce jednymi z ważniejszych branż są te związane z przemysłem alkoholowym. Piwo oraz wódka zajmują główne miejsce zarówno w produkcji jak i konsumpcji, stanowiąc zwłaszcza w tej pierwszej łącznie około 90% wartości sprzedaży w rynku. Analiza zmian po stronie podażowej i popytowej wykazała w badanym okresie niejednokierunkowe przemiany. Niewątpliwie wzrasta znaczenie i pozycja piwa a spada alkoholi mocnych, wysokoprocentowych, w konsumpcji Polaków.
