Abstract: The purpose of this study is an attempt to show the distribution of financing investments and operation in agricultural farms between various sources of capital. The investigated sample of agricultural farms was divided into groups according to their economic size. The analysis showed that the main source was farmer’s own capital. It was essentially supported by the payments awarded within the framework of the EU Common Agricultural Policy. / Synopsis. Celem niniejszego opracowania jest próba ukazania zakresu finansowania działalności bieżącej i inwestycyjnej gospodarstw. Gospodarstwa rolnicze będące przedmiotem badań zostały pogrupowane według wielkości ekonomicznej wyrażonej w ESU. Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała, że głównym źródłem finansowania był kapitał własny. Istotnym elementem wsparcia gospodarstw stały się środki WPR UE.
