Abstract: The article presents the food quality management and safety systems, particularly standards: BRC, IFS and EurepGAP. In the international market become these standards more important in the competition between the producers in agribusiness. / Synopsis. W pracy zaprezentowane zostały systemy zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności, a w szczególności standardy BRC, IFS oraz EurepGAP. Omówione standardy zyskują na znaczeniu w międzynarodowej wymianie handlowej, gdzie stają się narzędziem konkurencyjności producentów w sektorze rolno-spożywczym.
