Wybrane zagadnienia zmian w sektorze rolno-żywnościowym w Polsce po rozszerzeniu Unii Europejskiej

Abstract: The aim of the paper is to present the influence of EU enlargement on food consumption level and on the raw agricultural products prices in Poland. The analysis of consumption level of selected food products asserts that trends have been continued since the 90s. and Polish accession to the EU has not changed them. Raw agricultural products prices in the common market have become more equalized since the EU enlargement. / Synopsis. W artykule przedstawiono wpływ rozszerzenia Unii Europejskiej na poziom konsumpcji żywności w Polsce oraz na ceny surowców rolniczych w kraju. Analiza poziomu konsumpcji wybranych artykułów żywnościowych pokazała, że dotychczasowe trendy są kontynuowane od początku lat dziewięćdziesiątych, a akcesja Polski do Unii Europejskiej nie miała na nie wpływu. Rozszerzenie Unii spowodowało, że ceny surowców rolniczych wyrównują się wewnątrz wspólnoty.
