Relacje cenowe w rolnictwie polskim a dochodowość gospodarstw rolnych i gospodarstw domowych rolników

Abstract: The disproportionate outflow of economic surplus in the agricultural sector means that agricultural and non-agricultural income parity has not been achieved. This disparity is mainly due to price mechanisms. Incomes in agricultural households are still lower than those of all other households in general, but they are not correlated with the price scissors index. A much stronger connection exists between the price scissors index and incomes from agricultural holding measured by farm net value added/AWU. This connection increases with the economic size of the farm. Agriculture income growth needs higher agricultural prices in order to reach a more stable level. This could be made possible through integration in the agricultural sector. The basic aspects of integration in agriculture are contracting and establishing producer groups. / Synopsis. Głównym celem artykułu było zbadanie zależności między wskaźnikiem nożyc cen a różnymi kategoriami dochodu rolniczego. Wykorzystano dane GUS i FADN. Dochody rolniczych gospodarstw domowych pozostają niższe niż gospodarstw domowych ogółem, jednak nie są one silnie skorelowane ze wskaźnikiem nożyc cen. Dużo silniejsza zależność występuje natomiast między tym wskaźnikiem cen a dochodami z gospodarstwa rolnego mierzonymi wartością dodaną netto na jednego pełnozatrudnionego. Zależność ta wzrasta wraz z wielkością ekonomiczną gospodarstwa. Wzrost dochodów rolniczych wymaga podniesienia cen produktów rolnych, a następnie ich ustabilizowania. Nadwyżka ekonomiczna odpływa bowiem z rolnictwa m.in. na skutek mechanizmów cenowych. Osiągnięcie większej stabilności cen możliwe jest przez zwiększanie poziomu zintegrowania pionowego i poziomego w rolnictwie. Podstawowymi przejawami integracji w rolnictwie są kontraktacja oraz tworzenie Grup Producentów Rolnych.
