Terytorialne zróżnicowanie konsumpcji alkoholi w Polsce w latach 1999-2012

Abstract: The paper presents changes in the relative level of consumption of different types of alcohols: spirits, wines and beer from disaggregated by the voivodship in the years 1999-2012. Regardless of the examined group of alcoholic products, the lowest level of consumption was found in the group of voivodships included in the south-east macro-region. Low level of alcohol consumption in the Podkarpackie voivodship, as well as in Lubelskie is probably due, at least partly smuggling from Ukraine. A similar situation exists in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship (smuggling from the Kaliningrad Region), although not in Podlaskie (eg border with Belarus). Unfortunately, this cannot be confirmed on the basis of the data used in the work, because there are no distinction between alcohol derived from legal and illegal sources. / Synopsis. W pracy przedstawiono zmiany względnego poziomu konsumpcji różnych rodzajów alkoholi: wyroby spirytusowe, wina oraz piwa z uwzględnieniem podziału na województwa, w latach 1999-2012. Niezależnie od grupy badanych produktów alkoholowych, najniższy poziom ich konsumpcji stwierdzono w grupie województw zaliczanych do makroregionu południowo- wschodniego. Niski poziom konsumpcji alkoholi w województwie podkarpackim, jak również w lubelskim jest prawdopodobnie spowodowany, przynajmniej częściowo przemytem głównie z Ukrainy. Podobna sytuacja występuje w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim (przemyt z Obwodu Kaliningradzkiego), chociaż już nie w podlaskim (graniczy m.in. z Białorusią). Niestety nie można tego potwierdzić na podstawie danych wykorzystanych w pracy, ponieważ nie ma w nich rozróżnienia na alkohol pochodzący z legalnych i nielegalnych źródeł.
