Wpływ wybranych czynników na cenę żywca brojlerów w latach 1995-2015

Abstract: The aim of the study is analysis of influence of chosen factors on broiler livestock price in period before Poland join the EU (1995-2004) and after accession (2005-2015). It was stated, that in the first period cost factors such as price of chicks, feed and wheat had deciding influence on broiler livestock price. In the second period increase of demand factors occurred including seasonal price increasing connected with increased demand for poultry meat in summer months. / Synopsis. Celem pracy jest analiza wpływu wybranych czynników na poziom cen żywca brojlerów w okresie przed przystąpieniem Polski do UE (1995-2004) oraz po akcesji (2005-2015). Wykazano, że w pierwszym okresie na cenę żywca decydujący wpływ miały czynniki kosztowe (cena piskląt, paszy i pszenicy). W drugim okresie nastąpił wzrost wpływu czynników popytowych, w tym sezonowy wzrost cen związany ze zwiększonym popytem na mięso drobiowe w miesiącach letnich.
