Abstract: The key objective of this paper is to trace the impacts of climate change on household welfare across different regions in the world. The paper examines the key interactions between temperature change and water scarcity and their impacts on yields in the context of a dynamic global economy. The paper aims to highlight the transmission mechanisms from climate change to households using a dynamic global computable general equilibrium model (Envisage).
