Abstract:
The objective of this study was to determine the financial and economic viability of small business in honey mead from Senguio, Michoacán. Through evaluation and formulation of investment projects. The market study is viable and there is national and international potential demand and supply and the offer today cannot be met and there is little competition in the country, the proposed price per kilogram of honey mead is140 Mexican pesos. Marketing is assured due to the commitment generated by the trading Crispy Churro, located in Ontario, Canada. The company size was determined according to the sales forecast is set for the first year will produce 18 tons. Regarding the economic and financial evaluation was obtained that the IRR was 20.36% and an IRR of 20.43% employer and a surplus of 764 thousand Mexican pesos and the cost benefit ratio is 1.85.
