Abstract:
Through the use of "Total Quality Control," it is possible for businesses to generate better products or services at a lower cost, thus becoming top companies. Because of this, we seek to promote the study and application of this technique among agroindustrial companies. This research was conducted in an agroindustrial business devoted to the production of meat products. In order to generate data the UALAE based methodology was utilized as a strategic management tool, which was used to obtain an assessment of the company that subsequently applied the Seven Basic Tools of Quality Management. A questionnaire aimed primarily at the production process was created to complement the aforementioned tools, and finally with the achieved results a design of a Total Quality Control model was developed that served to improve operational procedures of this particular company.
