Abstract: The Colombians are characterized and recognized internationally for being creative, hardworking and stubborn in achieving their dreams. However, higher education, is offering students options for today's professional performance that allows them to move from training employees to training entrepreneurs through educational strategies that create a culture conducive to productive work, independent autonomous. In this regard, we propose the creation of a Centre for Agribusiness Development and Innovation as a strategy in vocational Agricultural Business Manager, to build his business life project without relying on a job. Thus, from the research group advance business management theory and practice raises the issue of student-level enterprise, through the Center for Management and Business Development from two specific areas, one academic and one business in the creation and management of companies agriculture and agribusiness. This is to sensitize students to turn their administrative skills in managing a real company and identification of ideas and business opportunities, to realize them with formulating business plans and creation of new businesses.
