Abstract:
With the new demands of the labor markets, the impositions of international organizations relating to quality of professional and models of educational management systems, institutions of higher education in Latin America, decided to start the process of quality assurance of undergraduate and graduate programs, with the aim of entering new processes to advance the development of the sector and each of the institutions. Thus, each university defines as advance the process with its own methodology, active participation of the academic community, clear policies and committed teams work; hence each program, considering their identity and context in which it develops, progresses in each stage of the process to eventually reach the highest level, maintaining the strengths and overcoming weaknesses. In this paper are related two processes following by Administration Agricultural Business program of University Pedagogical and Technological off Colombia and Bachelor in Agribusiness Management program of University Autonomy off Baja California Sur, Mexico. Emphasis is made on accreditation system, processes following by each University, the results obtained, which will be analyzed to define improvement areas and proposals to strengthen academically both programs, and the guidelines internationalization.
