Abstract: We analyzed the agribusiness system in Peru in order to identify factors, tools, processes and strategies that have allowed the transformation of family farming in agri-food business. The joint enterprise has allowed the growth of this economic activity in the last two decades making a powerful country in terms of food at the global level.
