Abstract:
The present study seeks to analyze the current situation of the 12 municipalities of the Sierra Alta of Sonora in terms of the main factors in the area of financial inclusion. Since it is an area that has not been studied, a strategic map consists of two central objectives which are specific objectives and strategies. Within the methodology, the indicators will be designed to show the highlighted results, credit and collection in the banking branches. In terms of access, more than 50% of the population of the sierra has a branch within their municipality. In credit the results are low, since the population does not have any access to them nor do they ask for them. Financial collection is much higher and greater than the credit, that’s were several questions arise about banks actually being interested in the users or only in getting their money.
