LA COMPETITIVIDAD EN LAS EMPRESAS AGROPECUARIAS A TRAVÉS DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL

Abstract:
Agricultural companies in Mexico and specifically the municipality of Angostura, Sinaloa; they have a notion of the terminology of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), however, they do not know that there is a certification and its processes; when considering the activities to be developed before society if a favorable economic development is achieved, but they do not have information on the certification process, documents, activities, evidences and audits that are carried out to achieve the Certification, that is; they are companies that act empirically and are willing to do it for competitive development. Corporate Social Responsibility is a topic of interest for all companies that seek growth and be recognized, as agencies of attention and concern for issues that involve society in general, this generates that companies achieve higher rates of competitiveness in the market because it is a socially responsible body that deals with the problems of society and its workforce. The commercial and service companies of the agricultural area in the municipality of Angostura, are aware of the issue of corporate social responsibility, however, are companies that require training in the area to incorporate in their procedures all the elements that intervene in CSR for obtain recognition by society and achieve higher competitiveness indexes.
