Abstract: This article aims to know what is the factors that affect the low associative capacity of the rural producers of San Buenaventura Coahuila and for this purpose an investigation was carried out, a documentary of a bibliographic type using the existing literature of assemblies were held in the Santa Gertrudis congregation of San Buenaventura to know the degree of associativity of this community by throwing as a result the low capacity for association that due to their bad experiences with past associations and the habit of working individually is the reason that they are very difficult associate, depriving itself of the indisputable benefits of forming a well-managed grouping, choosing the appropriate associative form, with external advice, that allows its permanence until its consolidation.
