TRABAJO ACADEMICO COLEGIADO DE LOS CUERPOS ACADEMICOS UAAAN-CA-34 Y UAAAN-CA-40 EN CONSOLIDACIÓN Y SUS EFECTOS EN LOS INGRESOS DEPARTAMENTALES

Abstract: This documentary research was carried out in the third quarter of 2019 and the second quarter of 2021 at the Universidad Autonoma Agraria Antonio Narro Unidad Laguna (UAAAN UL) to quantify the academic production, research and individualized management of the Academic Bodies in Consolidation UAAAN-CA-34 and UAAAN -CA-40, in addition to knowing the causes of national scope that have led to academic work to be evaluated under criteria of collegiate work in academic bodies. The results found is that there are public policies in the national and university environment that seek to improve the academic quality of the Universities and in general; They apply criteria tending to the obligation to work in this type of scheme. Particularizing on the academic bodies mentioned above lines; It is important to mention that from 2016 to date it managed to increase its teaching productivity since at the moment there are 6 research projects, 1 development project; and 4 registered social service projects. Before only 50% of members had a desirable profile; now it has 100% of its members in the PRODEP profile, 1 more with SNI level I, 50% of its academic body certified in teaching competencies and 100% of its facilitators with PEDPD support. Related to the increases in the financial ceilings of its secondment department, the aforementioned results undoubtedly had a decisive influence.
