COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE LOS CULTIVOS DE RAMBUTÁN Y CAFÉ DE LOS PEQUEÑOS PRODUCTORES AGRÍCOLAS EN EL MUNICIPIO DE TUXTLA CHICO, CHIAPAS

Abstract: In this work, the study of marketing and diversification alternatives to produce small agricultural producers in the municipality of Tuxtla Chico, Chiapas, Mexico was developed. For this purpose, the general objective was to analyze the diversification of rambutan and coffee crops of small agricultural producers in the municipality of Tuxtla Chico, Chiapas, to develop marketing alternatives with export quality standards. In the methodological section, a descriptive transactional study was applied, the samples were non-probabilistic, selected through the convenience sampling method and participants with certain characteristics, being farmers from the municipality of Tuxtla Chico, Chiapas and having rambutan and/or coffee cultivation, being a phenomenological study, 10 people were selected as a sample. As a result, it was observed that 40% of those interviewed have a simultaneous production of coffee and rambutan. They considered that they have more overall production per hectare than those who work with rambutan monoculture. The producers know that there are quality standards for the export of the product. rambutan, for this reason they train and seek to be certified by the National Agri-Food Health, Safety and Quality Service (SENASICA), otherwise it happens with coffee producers who do not have export certificates. In conclusion, for ten years now, producers have ventured into the alternate production of rambutan and coffee on the same land. Rambutan producers are invited to continue training through SENASICA, to comply with quality standards.
