DINÂMICA DO PROCESSO INOVATIVO E CARACTERÍSTICAS DA ESTRUTURA INSTITUCIONAL DO ARRANJO PRODUTIVO LOCAL DE MALACOCULTURA DA REGIÃO DA GRANDE FLORIANÓPOLIS (SC)

Abstract: Santa Catarina constitui o maior produtor nacional de mexilhões e ostras, beneficiado pelas condições naturais formada por baias, estuários e enseadas cuja temperatura de água propícia o cultivo destes produtos. Na região da Grande Florianópolis, encontra-se um número significativo de produtores organizado sob a forma de arranjo produtivo local – APL. Estes desenvolvem esforços de capacitação tecnológica e beneficiam da estrutura institucional de apoio para o desenvolvimento desta atividade. As empresas públicas são as principais gestoras das relações entre os agentes. Apesar da atividade se encontrar em franco desenvolvimento, faz-se necessário promover políticas de desenvolvimento para melhorar suas condições competitivas.---------------------Santa Catarina constitutes the national producing greater of mussels and oysters, benefited for the natural conditions formed by bay, estuaries and coves whose temperature of propitious water the culture of these products. In the region of the Great Florianópolis, a significant number of producers organized under the form of local productive arrangement - APL. These develop efforts of technological qualification and benefit of the institutional structure of support for the development of this activity. The public companies are the main managers of the relations between the agents. Despite the activity if finding in frank development, one becomes necessary to promote development politics to improve its competitive conditions.
