IMPACTOS ECONÔMICOS E AMBIENTAIS DO MANEJO FLORESTAL COMUNITÁRIO NO ACRE: DUAS EXPERIÊNCIAS, RESULTADOS DISTINTOS

Abstract: Com base nos resultados positivos obtidos com a utilização do manejo florestal comunitário em comunidades tradicionais da Amazônia foram introduzidas experiências no Acre, uma destas experiências foi realizada no Projeto de Assentamento Agroextrativista Chico Mendes (PAE – Chico Mendes) no município de Xapurí, onde vem apresentando bons resultados tanto do ponto de vista econômico, como social e ambiental, outra foi no PAE Porto Dias, localizado no município de Acrelândia, sendo que os projetos estão apresentando resultados distintos do ponto de vista do retorno econômico e ambiental. Este trabalho visa fazer uma comparação entre os resultados econômicos e ambientais dos dois projetos evidenciando suas características e resultados econômicos e ambientais distintos.----------------------------------------On the basis of the positive results with the use of the communitarian forest management in traditional communities of the Amazônia had been introduced experiences in Acre, one of these experiences were carried through in the Projeto Agroextrativista Chico Mendes (PAE - Chico Mendes) in the city of Xapurí, where it comes in such a way presenting good resulted of the economic point of view, as social and ambient, another one it was in the PAE Porto Dias, located in the city of Acrelândia, being that the projects are presenting resulted distinct of the point of view of the economic and ambient return. This issue aims at to make a comparison between the economic and ambient results of the two projects being evidenced its economic and ambient characteristics and distinct results.
