LIMITES E OPORTUNIDADES PARA OS AGRICULTORES FAMILIARES INTEGRANTES DE EMPREENDIMENTOS ECONÔMICOS SOLIDÁRIOS NO ASSENTAMENTO ANTÔNIO CONSELHEIRO EM TANGARÁ DA SERRA – MT

Abstract: Esta pesquisa identificou os limites e oportunidades para os agricultores familiares integrantes dos Empreendimentos situados no campo da Economia Solidária (EES), a partir do estudo das ações incubadoras realizadas no Assentamento Antônio Conselheiro, Tangará da Serra/MT. Inicialmente foram realizadas visitas aos agricultores envolvidos nos empreendimentos, no sentido de melhor conhecer o processo de incubação ali realizado. A seguir, foram desenvolvidos esforços para tentar compreender as dificuldades e oportunidades percebidas pelos integrantes dos empreendimentos, o significado particular da economia solidária e da incubação. Entre as oportunidades apontadas destacam-se: a geração de trabalho e renda, a conquista de mercado para seus produtos e a maior qualificação profissional. Quanto às limitações, o grupo estudado respondeu ter dificuldades na produção, pouco tempo para se dedicar ao empreendimento, e que a renda gerada pelo EES não é suficiente para suprir as necessidades básicas das famílias envolvidas. Os resultados deste projeto de pesquisa possibilitaram o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento dos métodos e técnicas de incubação dos EES de Tangará da Serra - MT, gerando um maior e melhor conhecimento da realidade em um empreendimento econômico solidário.------------------------------------------This research identified the limits and opportunities for the integral family farmers of the located Enterprises in the field of the Solidary Economy (EES), starting from the study of the actions incubators accomplished in the establishment Antônio Conselheiro, Tangará da Serra/MT. Initially visits were accomplished the farmers involved in the enterprises, in the best sense to know the incubation process there accomplished. To proceed, efforts were developed to try to understand the difficulties and opportunities noticed by the members of the enterprises, the meaning peculiar of the solidary economy and of the incubation. Enter the pointed opportunities stand out: the work generation and income, the market conquest for their products and the largest professional qualification. As for the limitations, did the studied group answer to have difficulties in the production, little time to dedicate to the enterprise and what done the income generate by EES it is not enough to supply the basic needs of the involved families. The results of this research project made possible the development and improvement of the methods and techniques of incubation of EES of Tangara da Serra - MT. Like this generating an adult and better knowledge of the reality in a solidary economical enterprise.
