POBREZA E DESIGUALDADE DA DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE RENDA ENTRE FAMÍLIAS RESIDENTES NA ZONA RURAL DE MATO GROSSO (2004 E 2006)

Abstract: O presente trabalho estuda a desigualdade da distribuição de renda, assim como a pobreza das famílias residentes nas áreas rurais de Mato Grosso, em 2004 e 2006, com base nos microdados da PNAD do IBGE. Desempenhando importante função na análise, decompõe-se aditivamente o coeficiente de Gini por fontes de rendimento, para se identificar a contribuição relativa de uma determinada fonte de renda na desigualdade de renda total. Dentre os principais resultados encontrados, verifica-se que há elevada desigualdade na distribuição de renda entre as famílias rurais mato-grossenses. Destaca-se, ademais, que renda advinda das atividades agrícolas contribui para aumentar essa desigualdade. Por sua vez, os indicadores de pobreza, entre 2004 e 2006, sugerem incremento da pobreza entre as famílias rurais do Estado. ------------------------------------------This work study the distribution of income inequality, just as the poverty, of the resident families in the rural areas in the states of the Mato Grosso, in 2004 and 2006, with base in the micro data of PNAD do IBGE. Fulfilling vital importance at this analysis, decomposed aditivamente the coefficient of Gini by sources of incoming, to identify the relative contribution of the one definitive/determinate source of income in the total income inequality. In the midst of the main results found, verify which there is high inequality in the distribution of income among the families rural mato-grossenses. It is stand out, furthermore, that the income proceeding from agricultural activities contribute/helps to increase this inequality. Besides/Moreover/Not to mention, the indicators of poverty, between 2004 and 2006, shown increase of the poverty among the families rurais of the State.
