Abstract:
The basic goal of setting up a company is achieving certain economic and other aims. Thus, all activities of a company should be aimed at and directed toward the identified business goal. Managers should possess the ability to promptly identify potential opportunities and threats, at the same time respecting the principles of efficiency and effectiveness. All companies are nowadays facing strong foreign competition, including even those that have oriented their business policy to meeting home market customer needs. In order to insure not only thier surviving on the market, but making profit as well, companies should take more active part in adapting to newly changed business conditions.
