Ekonomika, Journal for Economic Theory and Practice and Social Issues, 2010, vol. 56, issue 2

Abstract: The number of possibilities for enhancement of competitive advantage is decreasing as time passes by, thus the companies on global market must make great effort trying to sustain present position seeking for alternate sources and supply forms. The implementation of new technologies on present market has become common, but finding the optimal measure of their involvement is still challenge for many companies. The reason for that is dynamic environment, i.e more frequent changes in customers wishes and demands. However it can be stated with certainty that new technologies represent exquisite way for improvement of the most business activities, and that is to thank to possibilities of more efficient communication with the final actors in the supply chain and with all partners which are present on that line as well.
