Abstract:
Adjustment of companies to changes in surroundings is an imperative of their vitality preservation. This adaptation process includes various directions and scope of changes starting from changes in activities extent and structure, through changes in ownership and management system. That is to say, dynamism of surroundings causes certain shiffting in direction such as stimulation of different business portfolio, business philosophy, management structure and technology.
