Socially-Responsible Operations and Redesign of Health Care Institutions

Abstract: Corporate social responsibility is gaining increasing importance in our region, representing the business model of the European market. Necessary to redesign the economic and non-economic enterprises in order to form the conscience of all business entities in the system moving along with the fundamental tendency of the state in obtaining membership in the European Union. Instruments, are included in the realization of knowledge capital to create mechanisms responsible society and relations between unparedjenja subjektia in the health care system. One of the instruments investigated social responsibility is emotional intelligence. Without adequate human resources with all their rights in employment, there is no introduction and application of CSR principles.
