Matrix Rules in Function of the Management Communication and Relation Ordering

Abstract: Within the main topic, which primal aim is to introduce the characteristic of The Matric map as a tool of management, many different aspects are present as the crucial question in quality tools using of the group. It is natural to see differently, from different points and angles, the causes of different changes, and their act, and the way they find appropriate acts in the way of getting responsibilities for ocassional mistakes. Every problem dimension has important characteristics, with their mutual dealing, and the tool for their mutal identification and understanding of their relation is the Matrix diagram. This tool of quality is known as the Diagram of Matrix or the Matrix map, and used it is seen within many variation which are possibly measured with two or four dimension, maximally. Sistematic survey in the Matrix diagram and adequate analysis of acting among different dimension, help a group facing a task, to understand the topic easily, and adjust work methodology to the aim picture. Through this way, in this work, are presented the ways one appropriate measure acts to many aims or one sause produses many consequences, and the way of its deleting causes much improvement. Within the reserarch, the aspetct of the Matrix diagram pop up as the item which helps understanding of clearness mutual impact of liability in case where the task with reciprocity of different intensity is given. The procedure of the Matrix diagram is carried out according to selected dimension mutual impact towards the most important aspects of the theme, dealing action and responsibility for the result dealing of mutual decision group.
