Abstract:
High quality corporative management increases the transparency and trust of the portfolio investors in domestic companies. Corporative management is based in the responsible management activities during the achievement of the strategic business goals, risk management and resource disposal. The basic initiator of these activities is knowledge. The system of the corporative management has the central role in the economic performances because it provides the mechanisms that function with the goal to return the investments to the companies from their external investors.
