Abstract: Beside domestic funds of financing of economic development in contemporary economic conditions, more important role is in external sources, not only in less developed counties, but in economically developed countries. This is partially a result of growing globalization of business and specially a repercussion of a major liberalization and deregulation of financial market, which is the case in recent decade.
