State regulation of the production and sale of baby food

Abstract: An article analyses the regulatory framework and establishes a significant difference in regulating the boundary level of profitability in the production and limitation of trading markup on selling the baby food between regions, provides calculation of the effect of regulation on the price difference starting from the cost of goods sold (COGS) till manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP); suggests the proposals on improving the measures of regulation of baby food market.
